17 – 19 May: three very special days at the MEF

Between Friday, May 17 and Sunday, May 19, Ferrari will be at the very heart of the events planned for the Motor Valley Fest. Modena’s Museo Enzo Ferrari has a whole host of surprises in store for its visitors, promising an extraordinary experience in the very birthplace of the Prancing Horse legend.

On both Friday, May 17, and Saturday, May 18, the MEF will be staying open until 24:00. From 19.00 onwards, visitor will enjoy a special discounted ticket price of just 8 euro. There will also be free guided visits in both Italian and English until 22.30 (limited places). The Giallo Modena restaurant will be opening late on both nights too and offering a special themed menu.

The three-day programme of events will include a long list of fun family events.

  • Friday, May 17, from 18:00 to 23:30 – free activities for Under 12s (creative workshops and treasure hunt: “Discovering the Prancing Horse”);
  • Saturday, May 18, and Sunday, May 19, from 10:00 to 18:00 – free activities for children and Under 17s in the museum’s inside courtyard and main pavilion (F1 simulator, GT simulator, e-kart circuit, augmented reality visor, pedal go-kart track, scooter space and high speed playground).

From 20:30 on the Saturday evening, the MEF will also be staging an outdoor event with DJ set and lounge area as part of Modena’s annual White Night.

Visitors also wishing to visit the Ferrari Museum in Maranello can avail of the shuttle service that connects the two facilities throughout the day and which is free for Saturday 18 and Sunday 19(places limited).
